Please read the following information carefully:

• Please keep in mind that this course is designed to teach the core principles of intercultural leadership. Hence, some of the situations are exaggerated to have a better look at possible behaviour in multi-active cultures.

• People differ, and so is their behaviour. We aim to show general classifications, that will help you to deal better with behaviour you are not used to. We are not saying everyone from multi-active cultures acts or behaves the same.

• We created the situations in this course with focus-groups to make as close to real-life work situations to make them as relevant to your work-life as possible.

• If you have suggestions or experiences from working with multi-cultural teams, please contact us. We are looking forward to making this course even better!
